Octopus is continuous delivery platform with UI - it is not kubernetes dashboard. Octopus do not controll deployments after deploy.

Octopus can deploy apps to a diferent targets (not only k8s) it more similar to ansible + ui or polemarch.org or gitlab-runner+ui
